• If you have observed unusual weather conditions, or would like to send us a report on current weather in your area, please use the Report Unusual Weather Conditions form.


• Please do NOT request information such as "what was the weather like on x date" or "what will the weather be like on y date" unless you are willing to pay for this information. We receive a remarkably large volume of email daily requesting this information and there is no way that we can look up historical weather statistics or generate custom forecasts for all who ask (although we would like to!).


• Do NOT post a message here and a duplicate message to our "Report Unusual Weather" form. Doing so is rude and as such your message will promptly be deposited in the trashbin without us ever seeing it. If you post a message here we will get it.


• If we don't respond to a message, we apologize. While we try our best to respond to all legitimate email, please respect the fact that we operate this site on a volunteer basis and our time is limited. It is very difficult for us to respond to each and every message that we receive daily.
